Job Description
To teach undergraduate and pre-master students in media and communication related subjects
To delivery courses in various methods including lectures, seminars, tutorials, practical laboratory demonstrations, field work and e-learning;
To use multimedia technologies
To motivate students in class and give case studies which let the students take part in the analysing; being able to explain professional terms and knowledge into the normal language
To complete the relevant courses preparation, teaching and test-preparation, marking, etc according to the college curriculum;
To supervise students study and research activities
To contribute actively and positively to the College’s strategic development and the provision of excellence in learning and teaching.

Job Description
To oversee the development and maintenance of programme curriculum and database;
To initiate and plan academic pathways into the programme development needs of the College
To design, prepare and develop teaching materials;
To ensure the daily academic activities;
To evaluate each course and the programme;
To undertake administrative tasks, such as student admissions, induction programmes and involvement in committees and boards;
To manage and supervise staff
To undertake and participate in staff training activities
To represent the institution at professional conferences and seminars;
To facilitate promotional events of college ;
To establish collaborative links outside the university with industrial, commercial and public organisations.
